Brandon T Mayes is the creator of Joann and Jane, and author of Joann and Jane: Who Made This Mess? He had been an educator for a decade until his 4th grade students convinced him to pursue a lifelong goal of becoming an author. So, Brandon started a publishing company called Lit Genius Publishing, and began working on Joann and Jane!

Brandon grew up in beautiful Colorado Springs, Colorado, but he and his family now live and work in the amazing city of McKinney, Texas.
